Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain project schedules in MS Project
• Support engineering and business development in proposals
• Implement the Product Development Process for project alignment
• Assess and communicate project status and risks
• Supervise NPI activities, focusing on manufacturing readiness
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or similar
• At least 8 years in Program Management
• Strong analytical and communication abilities
• Experience with product transition to manufacturing
• Knowledge of optical and microelectronic technologies
