In this role, you will play a vital part in the Continuous Improvement team, executing Lean initiatives under the guidance of the CI Director. Your focus will be on improving project outcomes for significant constructions, such as the Darlington New Nuclear Project. You'll manage CI tools, standardization efforts, and collaborate with various teams to instill a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the execution of Continuous Improvement program elements
• Manage project schedules and CI action tracking
• Coordinate and facilitate stakeholder meetings
• Implement CI training across projects
• Oversee waste reduction initiatives and improvement data
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering or Business Administration
• Lean Greenbelt certification required; preference for Black Belt
• Minimum 5 years in lean construction application
• 7-10 years in project execution and coordination
• Strong communication and team management skills
