We're partnering with a leading organization to hire a Senior Project Manager to lead a high-profile transformation initiative focused on claims operations, technology implementation, and vendor integration .

Up to $54/hr + 4% Vacation Pay

What You'll Be Doing
As the Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a complex, multi-workstream implementation involving technology, operations, communications, and third-party vendor delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
✅ Managing end-to-end program delivery from discovery through go-live and stabilization
✅ Leading cross-functional teams across operations, technology, customer experience, and vendor partners
✅ Driving program governance, executive reporting, risk management, and stakeholder alignment
✅ Acting as the primary point of contact for external vendor delivery and accountability
✅ Supporting operational readiness, SOP development, training, and launch planning
What We're Looking For
✔ 9+ years of Project/Program Management experience
✔ PMP certification (or equivalent)
✔ Proven success delivering large-scale, multi-workstream programs
✔ Strong vendor management experience within vendor-led delivery models
✔ Expertise in governance, risk management, dependency tracking, and executive reporting
Highly Preferred
⭐ Insurance, Claims, or Financial Services experience
⭐ Claims transformation, outsourcing, or operational implementation experience
⭐ Experience with customer communication platforms, digital channels, telephony, or chatbot solutions
⭐ Big 4 Consulting or large-scale transformation program experience
