This position, reporting to the Head of Capital Development, requires you to lead and manage a variety of complex capital construction projects. You'll be responsible for overseeing the entire delivery process including tendering, construction, and final project closeout. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all phases of capital projects from initiation to closeout
• Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to project teams
• Develop and enforce construction management standards

Requirements:
• Degree in construction management or architecture
• Minimum seven years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of public sector construction practices
