This role places you at the forefront of managing power delivery projects, with responsibilities spanning from initial planning to final execution. You will engage with diverse teams to solve complex project challenges, ensuring all performance standards and client expectations are met. Building client relationships will be key, allowing you to serve as Stantec's primary project representative.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage budget, scope, and timelines effectively
• Coordinate with discipline leads to set project objectives
• Ensure quality standards as per project management guidelines
• Support junior engineers with training and mentorship
• Analyze project performance and implement necessary adjustments
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of relevant project management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• Strong analytical skills for project management success
• Familiarity with utility practices like BC Hydro is beneficial
• PMP or similar project management certification preferred
