Woolpert, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Highway Design) to lead and deliver complex roadway projects in our Pennsylvania Transportation Team, with preference for Harrisburg. You will guide preliminary and final design, manage client relationships, and act as a technical lead on project portions.
The role requires ABET-certified Civil Engineering and a PA PE license (or ability to obtain within one year), plus 10–20 years in transportation design. Travel to client sites is expected.
