As a Project Manager III within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Dallas, TX or Cleveland, OH. The Project Manager III leads complex, cross-functional initiatives that support Enterprise Information Security (EIS) strategic initiatives and organization objectives. This role is accountable for the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, performance monitoring, financial oversight, and stakeholder management. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, effectively collaborating with stakeholders across multiple lines of business and technology teams to drive alignment, manage dependencies, and achieve project goals. Exceptional communication skills, and strong financial acumen to support informed decision-making, ensure successful project delivery and business value outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of medium to large-scale projects and strategic initiatives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Identify, assess, and resolve project risks, issues, and dependencies while maintaining project momentum.
- Ensure adherence to organizational project management methodologies, governance standards, and best practices.
- Facilitate collaboration across technical and business teams to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and successfully implemented.
- Leverage data insights and reporting to support project planning, prioritization, and performance measurement.
- Manage project budgets, expenses, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain accurate forecasts, financial reports, and budget analyses.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and results-oriented performance.
- Influence decision-making by presenting project data, financial analysis, and actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by translating complex information into meaningful business insights.
