A leading national design-build general contractor is hiring Project Managers to support a growing portfolio of large-scale data center, advanced technology, industrial, and mission-critical projects .
The ideal candidate is a proven commercial or industrial construction professional who can take ownership of project execution while coordinating closely with field leadership, subcontractors, design teams, and owners.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects or major project scopes from preconstruction through closeout
- Lead subcontractor coordination, procurement, RFIs, submittals, change management, and cost control
- Maintain project budgets, forecasts, schedules, and documentation
- Partner with field leadership to drive safety, quality, schedule, and production
- Maintain strong owner, design-team, and trade-partner relationships
- Mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers
Qualifications
- Demonstrated project management responsibility on ground-up or technically complex construction
- Strong understanding of cost management, scheduling, subcontractor management, and project controls
- Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or related discipline preferred
- Ability to travel or accept project assignments based on business needs
Data center experience is preferred but not mandatory. Strong candidates from advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, industrial, aviation, healthcare, food & beverage, distribution, and other complex construction sectors will be considered.
