CSG Talent is partnering with a leading global engineering consultancy to recruit a Senior Project Manager / Senior Water Engineer to join and help grow its municipal water practice in St. Louis, Missouri.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced PE with a strong background in municipal water and wastewater consulting who enjoys leading projects, developing client relationships, and mentoring teams while delivering critical infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects from planning through design and construction.
- Manage multidisciplinary project teams, schedules, budgets and client expectations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with municipal clients across the region.
- Support business development, proposals, capture strategies and project pursuits.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.
- Deliver projects across water treatment, wastewater treatment, conveyance, hydraulic modelling, water resources and integrated water management.
Requirements:
- Professional Engineer (PE) licence.
- 10-20+ years of consulting experience within municipal water infrastructure.
- Strong background in water/wastewater treatment, conveyance and/or water resources.
- Experience managing project scope, budgets and schedules.
- Client-facing experience with the ability to develop and grow business.
- Strong communication, leadership and technical writing skills.
