AEI Consultants is seeking a Senior Project Manager in the Building Assessment division. You will perform property condition assessments of existing commercial properties, monitor new construction, and assist with energy and ADA audits.
You will work across many property types and report findings with cost estimates, photography, and technical writing. A background in architecture, engineering, building forensics, or construction management is required, with a bachelor’s degree.
