Lead end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI projects in an Agile environment
Work with Product Owners, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders to prioritize backlogs and define project roadmaps
Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, risk management, and stakeholder communication
Coordinate cross-functional teams for timely, high-quality project delivery
Collaborate with engineering teams on AI solution architecture, integrations, and deployment strategies
Track project milestones and dependencies, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Establish best practices for AI solution delivery, prompt engineering, testing, and governance
Define digital strategy and execution roadmaps with clients
Design and implement differentiated digital solutions delivering measurable value

Requirements

10+ years of experience
Strong experience in Technical Project Management, Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder management
Hands-on experience with Python for production-grade application development
Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, GitLab Duo, Amazon Bedrock, Cortex, or similar platforms
Strong understanding of Agentic AI concepts, including agent loops, state machines, ReAct patterns, and multi-agent orchestration
Experience in Prompt Engineering, including prompt versioning, testing, evaluation, and optimization
Knowledge of REST APIs, OpenAPI specifications, and API integration
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitLab CI/CD, and DevOps best practices
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred: experience delivering Generative AI/LLM-based enterprise applications
Preferred: exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP; Amazon Bedrock experience is a plus
Preferred: experience in Banking, Financial Services, or other regulated industries
Preferred: familiarity with AI governance, model evaluation, observability, and security best practices

Demonstrates extensive experience in Technical Project Management and Agile methodologies, with a strong focus on AI solution delivery, stakeholder management, and digital strategy execution. Proficient in Python application development and familiar with LLM orchestration frameworks and prompt engineering best practices.
