Piper Companies is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join a leading global organization within the advanced electronics and interconnect solutions industry for a permanent opportunity based out of Valley Green, PA . The Technical Project Manager will oversee complex engineering-driven product initiatives while coordinating global teams to deliver high-speed connectivity solutions for major technology clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle execution of technically complex product development projects, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Serve as the primary coordination point between engineering teams, program leadership, and external partners for project updates and requirements
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across global teams to maintain project schedules and resolve technical or operational challenges
- Oversee project financials including budget tracking, cost reviews, and managing changes in scope to meet business objectives
- Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies while supporting manufacturability, capacity planning, and operational readiness
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or technical field with at least 4 years of relevant industry experience
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with experience conducting root cause analysis
- Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently while collaborating with globally distributed teams
Compensation
Salary Range: $70,000-$100,000/year
