Business Analyst Cum Project Manager
Location: Raritan, NJ
Duration: 6 months with high possibility of extension.
Rate: DOE
US citizens and green card holders only.
Note:
The position will be remote to start with but once it becomes onsite, they would want the candidate to be onsite.

Senior BA / Project Manager:
- Core competencies in process & training, communication, change management and adoption
- Resource will successfully lead, in conjunction with business SMEs, the deployment activities
- Strategies and plans will need to be reviewed and refreshed in close collaboration with the projects quality document SME.
- Responsible for managing change management activities of a very large programs
- 10 plus years of experience working as business analyst/project manager/change manager
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience dealing with various stakeholders in the organization
- Must have experience managing and leading change through the organization
- Must be able to think clearly and design and execute on communication plan to inform all stakeholders
- Assists in project and change management training and guidance and supports departments/offices/missions in structural or process changes arising from new mandates
- Ensures that transformation projects are designed, consulted, communicated and implemented according to best practices in change management
- Supports effective project management by capturing and documenting the project scope and business requirements, specifying deliverables, estimating resources and timelines and monitoring progress against the project plan
