What you'll do...
Walmart Realty is helping transform the future of our supply chain by preparing regional distribution centers for the next generation of automation. In this role, you will serve as a key project leader supporting Walmart’s automation program, managing facility and infrastructure improvements required to prepare distribution centers for implementation.
Key Responsibilities
You will own complex, large-scale projects and partner closely with supply chain, design, construction, engineering, and implementation teams to keep projects moving from planning through execution. Success in this role requires creating structure in a complex environment, balancing multiple projects and priorities, anticipating risks before they impact delivery, and ensuring facilities are ready to support critical automation milestones.

The ideal candidate has experience delivering projects in industrial environments and brings strong mechanical, electrical, and construction expertise. This role requires travel up to 25%.
What You'll Do - Lead multiple distribution center conversion projects, ensuring facility and infrastructure work remain aligned with automation implementation milestones.
- Manage project performance across schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies, and competing priorities.
- Partner with supply chain, design, construction, engineering, and implementation teams to translate business and operational needs into clear project plans.
- Identify risks early, remove roadblocks, develop mitigation plans, and drive decisions that keep projects on track.
- Create visibility and accountability by communicating project progress, risks, priorities, and key decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
- Drive consistent execution and continuous improvement by applying standard processes, sharing lessons learned, and improving delivery across projects and facilities.
What You'll Bring - Experience managing large-scale, complex projects in industrial facilities, warehouses, distribution centers, or similar operating environments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and critical milestones with discipline and clarity.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, build alignment, and collaborate across functions.
- Strong construction, mechanical, or electrical knowledge, with an understanding of how technical dependencies impact project execution.
- Proactive approach to risk management and problem-solving, including the ability to identify issues early and drive practical solutions.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, complex environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

2 years’ supervisory experience.
