Cygnet is seeking a Project Manager to join the Property team on a national role across the UK, with occasional remote working. You will cover varied health and social care projects, reporting to the Development Director and delivering programs on time, within budget and to a high standard.
You will need a construction-related degree and ideally be RICS chartered, with strong knowledge of contracts, planning, and building regulations. Overnight travel is expected.
