You will serve as a trusted advisor to the client, ensuring successful project delivery through independent oversight and assessments. Key Responsibilities: • Advise on all station-related construction activities • Monitor and review construction execution and commissioning • Assess construction methodologies and risk mitigation strategies • Review contractor submissions and change requests • Communicate construction risks and opportunities
Requirements: • Degree in Architecture, Civil or Structural Engineering • Minimum 15 years in major transit infrastructure • Extensive LRT station delivery experience • Knowledge of construction risk management and quality • Professional Engineer or Registered Architect preferred
