Job Description
This InfoSec PM will support the full Information Security portfolio, partnering closely with Senior Program Managers to drive execution across a broad set of security initiatives such as cloud security, SaaS, infrastructure, vulnerability management, application security, network security, and DLP. They will own delivery across 20–26 concurrent projects, ensuring priorities, timelines, and dependencies are clearly tracked while working cross-functionally with security, engineering, infrastructure, and business stakeholders. Some projects they will work with the Sr. PMs, other they may own by themselves. Day to day, they will lead Agile ceremonies, maintain Jira for tracking and reporting, and build clear communication plans and dashboards for leadership. They will proactively identify risks, navigate shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment, and escalates effectively to keep initiatives on track. Skills and Requirements
- 3-10 years project/program management experience ideally at a hedge fund or similar financial firm
- 3+ years leading enterprise security/cybersecurity/InfoSec initiatives
- Broad knowledge, rather than overly specialized
- For example, but not limited to: Cloud Security, SaaS Security, M365 Security, Zero Trust, PAM, EDR/NDR, SIEM, SOAR, SSO/MFA, DDoS mitigation, DLP/Data Protection, and SCA
- Strong Agile experience (Scrum/Agile/Hybrid methodologies)
- Hands‑on experience with JIRA (scrums, Kanban, backlog cleanup/modeling)
- Experience building and tracking operational and delivery metrics
- Executive‑level reporting experience (weekly ops reviews, MBRs, etc.)
- Experience partnering with technical/engineering teams
- Strong communication skills (written + verbal for leadership audiences)
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
- Experience with formal governance structures / executive visibility organizations
