Leading the execution of pension settlement projects, the full-time remote Execution Project Lead Consultant will manage timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while delivering high-quality outcomes for clients. Key responsibilities Oversee end-to-end management of 2-4 mid- to large-sized pension settlement implementations Develop detailed project plans and status reports for internal stakeholders and clients Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure compliance and prevent delays Required qualifications 10 years of pension experience Prior knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and PBGC requirements related to defined benefit plan terminations and settlements Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including actuaries and legal teams Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously Exceptional communication and presentation skills
