Задачи:
- Own end-to-end delivery of strategic technology initiatives, ensuring commitments are met on schedule and within agreed scope and quality standards;
- Develop and maintain delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and execution roadmaps across multiple teams and workstreams;
- Drive program governance, progress tracking, and executive-level reporting;
- Identify, manage, and mitigate delivery risks, issues, and dependencies impacting program objectives;
- Partner with engineering, architecture, product, and business stakeholders to align priorities and execution plans;
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across development, testing, release, and production readiness activities;
- Establish delivery metrics and reporting mechanisms to provide transparency and predictability;
- Facilitate decision‑making by providing delivery insights, impact assessments, and recommendations to senior leadership;
- Ensure effective release planning, environment readiness, and operational transition activities;
- Drive continuous improvements in delivery processes, engineering effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
Требования:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field;
- 8+ Years of experience in technology delivery, program management, or software engineering leadership roles;
- Proven experience delivering large-scale software platforms and enterprise technology solutions;
- Strong experience with Agile and modern software delivery methodologies;
- Experience using delivery management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence;
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and engineering practices;
- Experience delivering cloud-based and microservices‑driven platforms;
- Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and production processes;
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑driven approach;
- Nice to have: experience within financial services, market data, exchange technology, or related domains, exposure to large-scale platform modernization or cloud transformation initiatives, experience working with globally distributed teams, familiarity with enterprise architecture and large-scale distributed systems.
