Salary: GBP60000 - GBP75000 per annum + Car or allowance
Project Manager - Substations (Distribution up to 66kV)
Location: Andover, Southampton, Hampshire (with office/site travel)
Working pattern: Office & site based, typically3-4 days on site/office
Hours: 40 hours/week (no overtime)
Options: Permanent or Contract
Salary / Rate: £60,000-£75,000 + £5,000 car allowance or £500-£550/day

Key Responsibilities
- Produce and maintainsite-specific H&S documentation
- Ensure works are planned and delivered in line withCDM Regulations 2015
- Managelabour, materials, plant , and ensure competency/training is in date
- Own theprogramme and drive delivery totime and budget
- Liaise withclients, contractors, and senior stakeholders
- Managescope changes, variations , and commercial impacts
- Supporttender/pricing documentation where required
- Collate and reportKPIs
- Work with theSHEQ team on audits and incident investigations
- Proven delivery experience ondistribution-level substations (up to 66kV)
- SSSTS
- Experience working withFIDIC contracts
- Strong knowledge ofclient rules/standards and working to authorisations
- Able to manageproject financials and runmultiple projects concurrently
- Higher-voltage substation experience (ideallyup to 132kV )
