Project Manager – Major Infrastructure

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to be based in Moray, supporting the construction of a large infrastructure project. This is an excellent opportunity for an operationally focused professional who is process driven, adaptable, and confident working in a fast-paced project environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day project delivery on a major infrastructure construction scheme.
- Coordinate operational activity, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme requirements.
- Work closely with clients, site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain clear communication and progress.
- Support and manage key project processes, including RAMS and Permit to Work systems.
- Apply a flexible, solutions-focused approach to project challenges and changing site requirements.
About You
- Strong project management experience within construction, infrastructure, or a related operational environment.
- Experience in sectors such as Power, Oil & Gas, Rail, Roads, or adjacent industries would be highly relevant.
- Process driven, with the flexibility to adapt your approach when required.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, delivery teams, and wider stakeholders.
- Operationally biased, with a practical understanding of site delivery and construction processes.
- Experience with RAMS, TWC and Permit to Work systems is highly desirable.
Location and Working Pattern
The role will be based in Moray. Some flexibility on working location is preferred, as there may be a requirement to work from the client’s office while the site compound is being established.
