About the Role
We are looking for a highly execution-driven Project Manager who can take complete ownership of projects from planning through delivery and closure.
This role requires someone who can manage multiple projects, clients, internal teams, external stakeholders, timelines and dependencies simultaneously without compromising execution quality.
The Project Manager will be the person who ensures that commitments become outcomes.
Plan → Coordinate → Execute → Track → Resolve → Deliver → Close
Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Project Ownership
- Own assigned projects from kickoff to final closure.
- Translate requirements into clear execution plans.
- Define timelines, milestones, deliverables and owners.
- Maintain detailed project trackers.
- Ensure every stakeholder understands responsibilities and deadlines.
- Monitor progress continuously instead of waiting for review meetings.
- Drive projects toward successful and timely completion.
2. Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary coordination point for assigned projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Understanding client requirements.
- Conducting kickoff and review meetings.
- Managing expectations and timelines.
- Sharing regular progress updates.
- Documenting decisions and action items.
- Coordinating approvals.
- Following up on dependencies.
- Managing changes in scope or requirements.
- Maintaining professional relationships with senior stakeholders.
The objective is simple: clients should always know what is happening without having to chase for updates.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with multiple internal teams and external partners.
Coordinate across:
Business | Operations | Marketing | Content | Design | Finance | Vendors | Leadership
Ensure dependencies between teams are clearly identified and completed on schedule.
4. Execution & Operations
- Create detailed execution checklists for every project.
- Coordinate logistical and operational requirements.
- Manage external agencies and vendors where required.
- Verify that deliverables meet agreed quality standards.
- Identify execution gaps before they impact the project.
- Be available for critical on-ground execution when required.
- Ensure last-mile execution receives the same attention as planning.
5. Project Tracking & Reporting
Maintain accurate project dashboards covering:
Project | Client | Status | Owner | Timeline | Deliverables | Dependencies | Risks | Next Action
Provide management with clear visibility into:
- Projects on track
- Projects at risk
- Delayed deliverables
- Pending approvals
- Critical dependencies
- Upcoming deadlines
- Issues requiring escalation
Reporting should focus on decisions and actions , not lengthy status updates.
6. Risk & Problem Management
A strong Project Manager should identify problems before they become escalations.
You will:
- Identify potential project risks.
- Flag dependencies early.
- Develop contingency plans.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Escalate critical issues with sufficient context.
- Recommend solutions when escalating problems.
- Ensure lessons from previous projects are incorporated into future execution.
7. Budget & Vendor Coordination
Where applicable:
- Track project budgets and expenses.
- Coordinate quotations and vendor requirements.
- Monitor project costs against approved budgets.
- Ensure vendor deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality.
- Coordinate invoice and payment documentation with relevant teams.
8. Project Closure
Execution does not end when the main project activity finishes.
Every project should go through structured closure covering:
- Deliverables completed
- Client commitments fulfilled
- Documentation updated
- Vendor requirements closed
- Pending actions resolved
- Internal reporting completed
- Learnings documented
- Project formally closed
What We Are Looking For
- 3–7 years of experience in project management, program management, operations, client servicing or similar roles.
- Strong project planning and execution capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets capabilities.
- Comfortable using project-management and productivity tools.
- Ability to work with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

“The dependency was identified, the right person was contacted, the issue was resolved, the deliverable was completed and the project tracker has been updated.”
