As a pivotal member of the McGill Division of Thoracic Surgery, you will manage a talented team of researchers and oversee various clinical studies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational capabilities, and a collaborative approach to achieving research excellence in patient-centered medicine.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of clinical research staff and facilitate project execution
• Conduct regulatory submissions and compliance checks
• Design and manage electronic databases for research
• Lead monthly research review meetings.
• Support medical students and research fellows in project development
Requirements:
• PhD in Health Sciences or related field
• At least 2 years in clinical research management
• Proficient in English; French fluency is advantageous
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Background in biostatistical analysis preferred
