As part of Scott Builders Inc., your primary responsibility will be to manage commercial and light industrial construction projects from start to finish. You will oversee all aspects including scope, budget, client communication, and quality control while working closely with diverse teams. Fostering strong working relationships is essential as you strive to meet client expectations and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee project development from initiation to closeout
• Coordinate with Site Superintendents and project teams
• Review and maintain construction budgets and schedules
• Monitor project compliance with quality and safety standards
• Inspire and lead project teams towards collaboration
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years in project management
• Familiarity with construction practices and software
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Valid driver's license for site travel
