In collaboration with the Director of Projects, you will manage the execution of contracts, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project delivery. Your role will involve strategic leadership and risk management, making your contributions essential to our mission to revolutionize construction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve project goals for cost, quality, and schedule
• Direct internal teams and subcontractors effectively
• Liaise with clients to ensure ongoing communication
• Initiate proactive risk management strategies
• Monitor critical path and project schedules closely
Requirements:
• At least 8 years in project management, ideally in ICI construction
• Degree or diploma in a related engineering field
• PMP certification (or in progress) advantageous
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
