We are currently hiring an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading industrial construction contractor in Cleveland, Ohio .
This is an excellent opportunity for a proven construction professional to lead complex industrial and manufacturing projects while joining a contractor with a strong pipeline of work throughout Northeast Ohio.
- Lead industrial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion
- Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, procurement and financial performance
- Oversee Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers and project teams
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, engineers and field leadership
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders and project documentation
- Review drawings, specifications and complex scopes of work
- Lead client, subcontractor and internal project meetings
- Monitor project costs, forecasting, schedules and overall project performance
- Manage project risks, delays, procurement challenges and scope changes
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
- Strong experience managing industrial construction projects
- Background across manufacturing, processing, heavy industrial, warehouse or similar facilities preferred
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or experienced Project Manager
- Strong understanding of project financials, contracts, scheduling and construction operations
- Experience managing large and complex construction projects
- Strong knowledge of RFIs, submittals, change orders and procurement
- Procore, Bluebeam or similar construction software experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication and client management skills
- Salary up to $200,000 DOE
