We're partnering with a well-established Commercial General Contractor seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee large-scale Healthcare and Hospitality projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is ideal for a proven leader who excels at managing project financials, forecasting, and leading high-performing teams.
What You'll Do
- Lead large Healthcare and Hospitality construction projects from start to finish
- Own project budgets, forecasting, cost control, and overall financial performance
- Manage schedules, procurement, contracts, documentation, and risk mitigation
- Lead client, consultant, and subcontractor relationships
- Coordinate closely with field operations to ensure successful project delivery
- Mentor and manage a medium-sized project team while driving accountability and results
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of Project Management experience with a Commercial General Contractor
- Proven experience delivering large-scale Healthcare and Hospitality projects
- Strong expertise in project financial management, forecasting, budgeting, and cost reporting
- Experience successfully leading and developing medium-sized project teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
- Proficiency with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar construction management platforms
