- You have many years of experience leading complex client relationships, ideally withinclient services, account management or project management in an agency environment.
- You are client-focused, identify opportunities and develop accountsstrategically and commercially.
- You lead interdisciplinary teams with confidence, empathy and clarity.
- You are a strong senior advisor and atrusted sparring partner for C-level clients.
- You maintain oversight in complex situations, set priorities and make well-informed decisions.
- You combine strategic thinking withstrong project management and execution skills.
- You work in a structured, proactive and responsible manner, even under pressure.
- You handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
- You communicate confidently in both German and English, verbally and in writing.
- You thrive in dynamic agency environments and have astrong affinity for advertising, moving image and sports.
Your responsibilities
- You take full responsibility for thestrategic, operational and commercial leadership of key client accounts.
- You act as the primary point of contact for clients at senior management level.
- You develop integrated communication and brand solutions acrossall relevant advertising materials, with a focus on moving image.
- You lead teams, budgets, timelines and resources across all project phases.
- You identify opportunities within existing accounts and actively drive their development.
- You ensure the highest level ofconsulting, project and execution qualityand long-term client satisfaction.
- You lead pitches, presentations and client decision-making processes.
- You continuously optimize processes, structures and workflows within your accounts and beyond.
- You act as a thought partner and contribute to thestrategic, professional and cultural development of the agency.
