Position: Technical Project Manager (French Speaking)
Nexttec Technology is a leading outsourcing company that provides cutting-edge technology solutions to clients around the world. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager who is fluent in French to join our team.
As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of technology projects for our French-speaking clients. This will include overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and maintenance. You will work closely with our development teams, as well as with clients and stakeholders, to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the delivery of technology projects for French-speaking clients, ensuring that all project objectives are met
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations
- Work closely with development teams to ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and to the required specifications
- Monitor project progress and identify and address any issues or risks that may arise
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to all stakeholders
- Ensure that projects are delivered within budget and that any changes or scope creep are properly managed
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical or IT environment
- Fluent in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering technology projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- PMP certification is a plus.
