Civil Project Manager - Municipal Infrastructure
We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead civilinfrastructure and heavy civil projects in the Timmins region. This role isresponsible for managing projects from pre-construction through closeout, with astrong focus on safety, schedule, cost control, and client satisfaction.

What You'll Do
- Manage civil constructionprojects from award through completion
- Develop and maintain projectschedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
- Coordinate subcontractors,suppliers, inspectors, and internal field teams
- Oversee contract administration,change management, and progress billing
- Lead project meetings and act as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants
- Ensure compliance with safety,quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Support estimating, planning, andwork acquisition efforts as needed
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- 5-10+ years of experience managing civil constructionprojects
- Background in civilinfrastructure such as roads, highways, earthworks, utilities,water/sewer, or municipal works
- Strong understanding ofconstruction means, methods, and sequencing
- Experience working withpublic‑sector owners and consultants
- Ability to manage multiplepriorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong leadership, communication,and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency with projectmanagement and scheduling software
