In this role, you will manage a portfolio of complex oncology trials while supporting the STEP-1 Program and the U-Link Canada initiative. Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to enhance the trial process and ensure equity in access for pediatric patients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead management of clinical trials from initiation to completion
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical guidelines
• Facilitate recruitment activities and ensure patient safety
• Supervise data management and audit readiness
• Guide junior staff and lead process improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related health field
• Minimum five years in clinical trial management
