Plains All American Pipeline is seeking a Project Manager, Development to lead capital projects across our midstream energy portfolio. Based in Houston, you will manage the full project lifecycle for pipeline, storage, and terminal expansions—from scoping and feasibility through engineering, construction, commissioning, and handover. Responsibilities include schedule, budget, and risk management; coordinating internal engineering, operations, and commercial teams; overseeing contractors; driving safety and environmental compliance; and ensuring projects meet performance, reliability, and regulatory standards in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture.
