- Monitor milestones and ensure project tasks are completed and documented throughout the lifecycle
- Consult with experts to manage compliance risks and engage third parties as needed
- Proactively manage cash flow and financial goals
- Document lessons learned and perform root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions
- Deliver project handovers and compliance documentation
- Conduct project reviews with department leaders and project teams, evaluating risk, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Promote a “Safety First” culture throughout the company, our customers, and our industry
Qualifications
- A tertiary qualification in Engineering or a related discipline is desirable but not essential
- 5+ years of project management experience leading complex, customer-facing projects from initiation through delivery
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders across customers, suppliers, contractors, and cross-functional teams
- Strong project planning, risk management, budgeting, and project delivery expertise in industries such as manufacturing, food processing, mining, construction, industrial equipment, engineering services, or similar
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, make decisions, and deliver outcomes in remote and dynamic operating environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence at all levels
- Commercial acumen and a customer-focused approach
- Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and timelines, manage ambiguity, and solve complex problems
- Ability to work in both an open office setting and on industrial customer worksites
- Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) are advantageous but not required
