SAP Workstream Project Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated SAP Workstream Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) solutions. This role will be responsible for driving project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will combine strong SAP project management experience, financial systems knowledge, and proven leadership in complex system integration programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of SAP PaPM implementation projects, including environment setup, modeling, testing, and deployment.
- Manage cross-functional teams consisting of PaPM SMEs, SAP developers, functional consultants, and business stakeholders.
- Drive project governance, including status reporting, milestone tracking, and proactive risk and issue management.
- Ensure effective stakeholder engagement, facilitating communication between business leadership, technical teams, and project sponsors.
- Oversee quality assurance processes, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Manage project scope, change requests, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with project timelines and business objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to data quality, system integration, performance, and evolving business requirements.
- Ensure knowledge transfer and user enablement through training and documentation to support long-term solution adoption.
Minimum 2 years of experience with SAP PaPM or financial/performance management solutions. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
