Role Overview:
This position requires leading infrastructure project advisory engagements, focusing on asset management, transit operations, and technology implementations. The manager will serve as the primary client contact, fostering relationships and ensuring successful project delivery through workshops, stakeholder engagement, and strategic guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex infrastructure projects, including business process development, requirements gathering, and deliverable creation such as reports, governance frameworks, and operating procedures.
- Lead technology initiatives involving platforms like IBM Maximo MAS9 and ERM systems, overseeing configuration, process design, and implementation.
- Supervise project execution, resources, budgets, and quality standards while mentoring junior team members.
- Support practice growth through proposal development, market research, and business development activities.
- Maintain professionalism, integrity, and a respectful work environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum five years in critical infrastructure sectors (rail, transit, utilities) with management or consulting experience.
- Relevant educational background, with a preference for a master's degree in Engineering, Business, Planning, or Technology.
- Hands‑on experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) technologies, including IBM Maximo/MAS9 or ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of asset management best practices and frameworks like ISO 55001.
- Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
