Role Overview:
The Manager - Infrastructure Project Advisory (Strategy & Technology) leads complex infrastructure projects in asset management, transit, and technology implementations.
Responsibilities Include
- Managing engagements, building client relationships, and ensuring successful project delivery through workshops and stakeholder engagement
- Developing high-quality deliverables such as business processes, requirements, reports, governance frameworks, and operating procedures
- Leading technology initiatives involving requirements gathering, process design, configuration, and implementation of platforms like IBM Maximo MAS9 and ERM systems
- Overseeing project execution, resources, budgets, timelines, and mentoring junior team members
- Supporting practice growth via proposals, market intelligence, and business development activities
- Upholding professionalism, integrity, and a respectful work environment
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum five years of experience in critical infrastructure sectors with management or consulting background
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Engineering, Business, Planning, or Technology
- Hands-on experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) technologies such as IBM Maximo/MAS9 or ServiceNow
- Expertise in business process re-engineering, governance, and asset management standards (e.g., ISO 55001)
- Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills in fast-paced environments
- Willingness to travel and work legally in the U.S without sponsorship
