Role Overview: The Manager in Infrastructure Project Advisory (Construction/Engineering) leads construction contract audits, compliance reviews, and project oversight for large capital projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct project reviews assessing progress, change orders, schedule delays, and productivity issues.
- Recommend improvements to construction management processes, internal controls, and policies.
- Manage field teams, analyze data, and prepare reports with observations and recommendations.
- Support business development by assisting in client proposals, marketing efforts, and building external networks.
- Work independently under guidance of senior leaders, maintaining professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum five years of experience in construction management or advisory services across various sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Professional certifications such as PE, CCM, CPA, or AIA are advantageous.
- Proficiency with project management tools like Primavera, Procore, E-Builder, and Prolog.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel and authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
