The Project Manager is responsible for leading medium to large-scale projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to customer and contract requirements.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all project activities from start to completion.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, budget, and overall performance.
- Serve as a key liaison between customers and internal and external project stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve project issues and escalated conflicts in partnership with the Site Manager.
- Prepare regular project status reports, including schedule and budget forecasts.
- Identify project risks and opportunities and develop mitigation plans as needed.
- Review change requests and assess their impact on project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and site safety requirements.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent education and experience.
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in the material handling or warehouse automation industry.
- Project Management certification is preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel to project sites up to 50%, based on business needs.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, overnight, and weekends, as required,
