Conrad Consulting is recruiting for an established multidisciplinary construction consultancy seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its growing team in Kent.
Working across London and the South East , you will deliver project management services to a diverse portfolio of public and private sector clients, managing schemes valued between £1m and £30m across both pre- and post-contract stages.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing projects from inception through to completion
- Project Management, Employer’s Agent and Contract Administration duties
- Managing programmes, budgets, risk and project delivery
- Working closely with clients, contractors and professional teams
- Delivering projects across the public sector
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting business development, networking and tender submissions
- Identifying opportunities for future business growth
About You
The successful Project Manager will ideally have 5+ years' experience in project management, Employer’s Agent and Contract Administration roles, with a strong track record delivering public sector projects valued from £1m–£30m .
You will be commercially aware, highly organised and confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving are essential.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be advantageous but is not essential.
