Overview In this role you drive the delivery of healthcare projects in the North West from inception to completion, coordinating MEP disciplines and liaising with clients and consultants. You’ll lead integrated teams, implement project controls, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. You will shape project delivery plans, monitor performance, and report progress to clients. Responsibilities - Develop and monitor project plans and performance metrics
- Ensure design/specifications compliance and liaise with client’s mechanical/engineering consultants
- Monitor construction against programme, quality, and other metrics; prepare progress reports
- Chair project meetings and manage meeting minutes and actions
- Lead integrated consultancy teams
- Improve local and project service delivery in collaboration with line manager
- Implement project controls and administration aligned with Currie & Brown management system and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policy and corporate policies
- Oversee team administration, facilities, and staff practices aligned with national guidelines
- Deliver services as per service division and contract terms
Key requirements - Technical qualification in project management or another technical profession
- Membership of MCIBSE, MIMechE, MIEE or similar
- Professionally qualified with managerial training (preferred)
- Experience in live operational environments
- Technical delivery experience in a large organisation
- Experience assisting with fee negotiations and advising on negotiation parameters
- Strong technical writing, client-facing and communication skills
- Well-organised, proactive, assertive, disciplined and commercially astute
