Overview As a Project Technical Manager, you will steer high-end residential developments from design through delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage design, risk, and consultant coordination, ensuring projects meet time and budget targets while upholding client service standards. This role sits at the core of transforming housing designs and delivering premium schemes. You will engage directly with clients and suppliers, shaping project outcomes in a forward-thinking, cooperative company.
Responsibilities - Manage daily design activities for assigned projects
- Create and maintain the Design Management Plan and oversee technical design from pre-planning to completion
- Coordinate scopes and appoint consultants as needed
- Identify surveys, site investigations, and consultants required for projects
- Identify and mitigate design risks in a timely manner
- Produce and maintain design deliverables programme
- Support procurement and construction teams
- Oversee site evaluation, architectural and engineering design
Key requirements - Degree qualified or equivalent
- Experience in new build residential projects
- Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Knowledge of infrastructure, road works and facilities
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Presentable with client-facing skills
