Overview In this role you will drive engineering project delivery within a growth-oriented, global machinery company. You will lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute and review projects, including NPI initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery, quality and cost targets. You’ll work closely with customers and internal hardware/software/mechanical teams to shape product development. The opportunity combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic impact in a semiconductor manufacturing context.

Responsibilities - Create project plans and present reviews to customers

- Experience with electronic assembly techniques
- Advanced Microsoft Professional tools usage
- Manage projects using Waterfall and Scrum methodologies
Key requirements - Strong track record delivering engineering projects
- Manufacturing background (mechanical or electronic)
