What you are empowered to accomplish:
Plummer is looking for a seasoned Project Manager to join our Team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage all aspects of a project including planning, design, financials, and team coordination. The Project Manager will also establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients.

Our Ideal Teammate:
- Our ideal teammate will have at least 6 years of professional engineering and project delivery experience working on municipal water and wastewater infrastructure.
- Relevant experience should include conveyance-related projects such as water transmission and distribution pipelines, wastewater collection systems and interceptors, force mains, lift stations, pump stations, pipeline rehabilitation, and utility planning.
- This position requires a bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, mechanical, or a related engineering discipline and Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in Texas or the ability to obtain Texas licensure within 6 months of hire date.
- Our ideal teammate will have a firm understanding of engineering fundamentals and the principles associated with municipal water and wastewater infrastructure.
- Experience developing and managing project scopes, budgets, schedules, engineering reports, construction documents, and cost estimates is preferred. We are seeking a strong communicator with leadership skills and the ability to collaboratively plan, solve problems, coordinate project teams, manage client relationships, and follow through on project commitments.
