About the Role
The Senior Project Managerleads projects across Winter's hospitality, municipal, government, multifamily,and industrial markets, providing leadership across every phase frompreconstruction through closeout to ensure each project meets its goals and objectives.Reporting to a Project Executive or Director, this role guides a team ofproject staff and plays an active part in growing Winter through businessdevelopment and client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead preconstruction and project startup, including working estimates, buyout, and subcontract negotiations
- Oversee project financials, including cost reporting, change management, and cash flow, to meet or exceed financial goalsPartner with the Superintendent to manage
- schedule, safety, quality, and subcontractor performance
- Lead, train, and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Interns
- Lead RFQ/RFP responses and presentations, and build relationships with owners, architects, and industry partners to win new work
Qualifications
- 15+ years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor
- Experience managing ground-up and renovation projects of 50M+ in one or more of the following markets: hospitality, municipality, government, multifamily, or industrial
- Strong command of project financials, buyout, and subcontract negotiation
- Experience leading and developing project teams, including Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers
- Business development experience, including RFP responses and client presentations
