We’re partnered with an award-winning multidisciplinary design and engineering firm looking for an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to join their Nashville team.
This is a great opportunity for a PE with a strong technical foundation who is ready to spend more time leading projects, developing engineers, and working directly with clients.
What You’ll Do
- Lead civil/site and land development projects from design through delivery
- Serve as a primary client contact
- Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables and quality
- Lead, delegate work to, and mentor engineers and designers
- Review technical design across grading, drainage/stormwater, utilities and site infrastructure
- Lead client and regulatory agency meetings
- Support proposals and business development
- Work across commercial, residential, industrial, institutional and community-focused projects
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Tennessee PE or ability to obtain one
- 7+ years of civil engineering experience
- Strong civil/site and land development background
- Experience managing projects, clients and design teams
- Strong understanding of AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Comfortable understanding and reviewing the technical work while delegating design production
- Strong leadership, mentoring and client-facing skills
What’s Offered
- $115,000 – $145,000 , depending on experience
- Flexible schedule , including a four-day, 9-hour workweek option to earn half-day Fridays
