What You’ll Do:
- Lead full project lifecycle for hyperscale data center electrical scopes
- Manage budgets, forecasting, cost control, and financial strategy
- Oversee procurement, scheduling, RFIs, submittals, and change management
- Mentor PMs and support field leadership across multiple phases
- Coordinate with GCs, engineers, commissioning teams, and client reps
- Drive execution on fast‑track schedules with precision and urgency
- Travel nationwide on multi‑week rotations - full travel support provided
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of electrical construction project management experience leading Ground‑Up Data Center builds, fast‑track schedules, and large electrical scopes.
- Mission‑critical or large industrial/commercial project background
- Strong financial leadership and scheduling expertise
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, BIM 360, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to lead teams, mentor PMs, and drive strategic outcomes
- A decisive, solutions‑driven leadership style
