Project Manager (Manufacturing/NPI)
A metals manufacturing company located in Washington county is in growth mode and adding a Project Manager to their team. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company with great employee retention. This position will lead new product introduction and manufacturing projects from kickoff through launch. Manage timelines, customers, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing
- Experience with metals manufacturing preferred
- New Product Introduction (NPI) experience required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- PMP or CAPM preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred
