Senior Project Manager – Mechanical Construction
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This role will manage project execution, financial performance, scheduling, and client relationships while leading project teams toward successful delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage mechanical projects, including budgets, schedules, contracts, and change orders.
- Lead Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with owners, general contractors, engineers, and vendors.
- Oversee procurement, project forecasting, quality, safety, and risk management.
- Drive accountability, resolve challenges, and ensure project profitability.
- Manage client relationships and support business development efforts.
Qualifications: 10+ years of mechanical construction experience, with a proven track record managing complex commercial or industrial projects. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and financial management skills required.
