Civil Project Manager - Land Development | Charleston, SC

Charleston is one of the most active development markets in the Southeast, and they're looking for a Civil Project Manager to lead land development projects from their Charleston office.
What they're looking for:
- 8+ years of civil engineering experience
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Strong land development background across residential & commercial projects
- PE preferred
- Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, StormCAD & PCSWMM experience
- Strong client management and business development instincts
- CLOMR/LOMR experience is a bonus
