We’re hiring an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead major electrical construction projects across large-scale Data Center / Mission Critical developments.
The Role:
- Manage electrical projects valued at $20M–$100M from preconstruction through completion
- Lead project teams, subcontractors, vendors and client relationships
- Own project schedule, budget, forecasting, change orders and financial reporting
- Support estimating, takeoffs and change-order pricing
- Represent the company in client and project meetings
- Work closely with senior leadership to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements:
- 8+ years of electrical construction project management experience
- Data Center / Mission Critical experience required
- Hyperscale Data Center experience preferred
- Experience managing $20M–$100M electrical projects
- Strong knowledge of estimating, budgeting, scheduling and project financials
- Journeyman or Master Electrical License strongly preferred
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, P6, MS Project, BIM360 or CXAlloy preferred
- Able and willing to travel/work across Northern Virginia as required
- Willingness to work an 11/3 rotation
